Haya Pass is not a ‘reservation’ that secures a seat, but rather a service that allows you to be seated [before those in the regular line] when you arrive.
Please purchase your ticket in advance, and be sure to speak to a staff member upon arrival and show them your ticket screen.
As soon as a seat becomes available, you will be seated before those in the regular line.
*Depending on how busy we are, you may have to wait a short time before being seated.
One ticket is valid for up to two people per group.
